Solarma is built to work entirely on your device. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
Solarma uses your device's location to compute sunrise, sunset, and your personal daylight deadline. This happens on your phone. Your location is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else, with the single optional exception below.
If you turn on the clear-sky finder (off by default), Solarma requests a cloud-cover forecast from the Open-Meteo public weather API (open-meteo.com). Only coordinates rounded to roughly one kilometer are sent, over an encrypted connection, solely to fetch that forecast. No identifiers accompany the request, and nothing is stored server-side by us — we operate no servers at all.
All reminders and alarms are scheduled locally on your device.
None. We have no servers, no databases, and no way to see anything about you or your device.
Solarma is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
