Gammy Data Deletion

For Gammy Focus, Gammy Full, Gammy Managed, and Gammy Family.

Android packages: com.t9messenger.launcher.focus, com.t9messenger.launcher, com.t9messenger.launcher.managed, and com.t9messenger.family.

Release status: Gammy Family and Gammy Managed version 5 are in Internal Testing only and have not been promoted to Production. The current Production apps do not support paired connected status, Family video calling, push alerts, or caregiver remote actions. Family Premium is not publicly purchasable yet. The deletion steps below remain available to authorized internal testers.

Delete A Gammy Family Account

  1. Open Gammy Family and sign in to the caregiver account.
  2. Open More, find Family Links, and expand Delete caregiver account.
  3. Re-enter the current password, choose Delete Account, and confirm.

This permanently removes the caregiver email, password hash, sessions, account profile, account activity, and household membership from Gammy's server-side records. It also unlinks the account from shared households and anonymizes account-attributed household activity. The deleted email address can be used for a new, independent account later.

Shared household records remain available to other authorized caregivers. Purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and legally required records may be retained for the applicable obligation. Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play or website subscription; cancel the subscription through the service used to purchase it.

Remove A Linked Managed Phone Or Household

A Gammy Managed phone sends device check-ins and command polls to the Gammy Family service only after a caregiver links it to a Family household. In an authorized Family household, revoke the phone under Device Tokens to invalidate its device credential and stop future authenticated check-ins and polls. Complete the Managed offboarding flow separately to remove or reset local data and roles on the phone.

The current Archive household action deactivates the household, revokes Family links and device/app registrations, and clears Family restore data. Archive is not a hard delete. Service records may remain, including household and link metadata, device-registration metadata, the last stored device status/check-in, the registration-bound last recorded poll heartbeat, workflow and consent state, and security or household activity history.

To request deletion of retained Managed-device or household service records, email admin@gammystudios.com with the subject Gammy service-record deletion request. Include the caregiver account email and the household or Managed-device label needed to identify the records. Do not send a password, device-registration token, pairing secret, recovery code, payment-card number, or a child's sensitive information. We will verify authority over the household before deleting eligible records. Security, fraud-prevention, purchase, tax, accounting, dispute, and legally required records may be retained for the applicable obligation.

Delete Local Data

You can remove local Gammy data from the phone in these ways:
